BUT NO THEY STATE THAT THERE WAS NO MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING SO THEY NOT ONLY DIDN'T CORRECT IT. DOESN'T TAKE A GENIUS TO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT. This issue is completely easy to resolve. I really don't know what their issue is but they refuse to correct this issue and are keeping my account on hold. I called them and they stated that they need all of it to review the transaction being disputed. REALLY 2 MONTHS for 1 day of transactions. Now they want over a month of statements to review the account. What I deposited was taken out the same day a week ago. Well no kidding sherlock because it wasn't authorized. Now they put my account on hold because their processor stated it wouldn't go through the bank.
Figured ignition told me the last time they don't handle any of their credit card/ debit card transactions that I would just go through by bank to dispute them. So I had money get taken out of my account a week after I deposited.
